Our department utilized Google Apps in 2011-2012 year by entering our Girls and Boys lockers and combinations.  Instead of having to reprint and update on a daily basis all of the updating was done electronically and everyone in the department could see the same form from any electronic device at any time. This save us time and speed up the process of giving equipment to our HF students.
